shdoclc.dll /preview.dlg error

IE will print correctly on or two times from a webpage,
but then I receive this error.

Error: Call was rejected by callee

This is on Windows ME. I have upgraded IE from 5 to 6 w/
service pack. I cannot find this error in knowlege base.
