Stan

I will be reinstalling XP Pro on my laptop. I log on to
a domain at work and use a peer-to-peer network at home
with my home computer. How do I set up Windows XP to use
the same profile with different "users." I would like
the "DOMAIN\USERNAME" and "COMPUTERNAME\USERNAME" to use
the same profile so my desktop, My Documents folder,
Outlook, etc. are not independent.

Stan, just to wake things up,
I do have the same prob. only i do not want to setup my whole laptop again.

I think that if youré going to set it up newly, the only thin you have to do is loggon to 1 domain each and every time even if youre not connected. it will warn you that there is no domain to secrity youre pssword, but skipping the question en accept the massge by entering OK, you wil by logged on, by authentication CACHE. and youre up and running.

No the question i have to whoever it knows, how do i combine profiles together? So that i end up with 1 account and ALL my setting from the 2 combined. Gr. Ben
