Sharing user-created clips, how do I?

Hi all,

I created a few clips by drawing figures in power point and pasting in
a new clip category. While trying to paste PowerPoint prompts me to
enter a description, which I did. And now I have a good collection of
custom clips for making certain diagrams.

My problem now is that I'd like to share these clips with my team. So
far I have tried:

1. Looking around for an "Export clips" (and similar) options - also
checked help on this
2. Copied my clips (which were in .gif format) and the .mmc media
catalog file to an other directory (found path from "Clip Properties").
Then I tried "Import Clips" on the artgal50.mmc file. I get a message
that the clip category has been added, and I should restart clip
gallery to see the new catalog. I do that, but the new category is
still not visible.
3. Tried "Import Clips" on the *.gif images directly. This worked, but
I had to re-enter the description for each clip.

How do I share my clips? Can someone help me out? If I'm missing
something in the document, please point me to the relevant section..
