Sharing under Doc & Settings

Following good security, created a limited XP Home user account. Tried to
share out the username folder under Documents and Settings, ie \doc &
settings\username\my docs. Checked make available on the network and to
allow changes. Everything shares fine but when an XP Pro system tries to
open I get the access denied may not have permissions. I had read in a KB
article that you can not share and folder under the Doc & Setting, User, etc
yet it works on the XP Pro side. What am I missing and any suggestions
GREATLY appreciated!

Forget what the KB states re :restricted shared folders. Supposedly some
fodders', particularly the Program Files folder, cannot be shared - however
sharing is doing great on a XP Home and XP Pro network here. Can share all
folders both directions. Initial problem in one direction was caused by how
I had indicated the shares - I should have documented the solution. For
example - not sure - but I have a My Documents folder on the desktop and
when I indicated sharing I would get the access denied message - when I went
to C:\Documents and settings>%username% and indicated shared My Documents
folder - success. Again - should have documented the solution - regret
cannot give more viable info

AJR, thanks for the response but too bad you didn't document as I have tried
everything suggested on this forum I can find and no luck! Hopefully,
someone else will have the solution!
