sharing query's and reports from 1 FrontEnd to another

I want to put a copy of some of my query's and reports on another users
FrontEnd. What is the best way to do this.

file>save as/export>to an external file or data base
brouse to the users front end and select.
click ok.
 
Ah-ha, that did it. It actually took a little monkeying, I had to copy my
entire database FE to the network so that it could be avavliable for her to
open and export to. Thanks for the tip.
