Sharing printers while dialed into a network

I am connecting to my network at work through my DSL
modem. While dialed in I can see other PCs and file and
printers that they are sharing. But they can not see
mine. I have file and printer sharing set up with the
VPN connection. I wanted to be able to share my printer
with the network so that I can have documents printed at
home from people at the office. If any one can help out
I would appriciate it.

Thanks,

Can't do that. They have no connection to you - you have a connection to
them. If you really need this, you could set up a site-to-site VPN between
your firewalls/routers.

I came into work and I can see my computer and printers
from the server. But I can not access them from anywhere
else. Could it have to do with some security settings on
the server or is it just not possible to access my
computer.

Thanks,
