sharing printers across logins

how do i set up a printer on XP pro so that all users of that machine can see
the printer? otherwise I have to use add printer... on each login for each
machine, which amounts to over a thousand different setups. obviously this
impossible, there must be another way. the printer is attached to one machine
on the LAN, I want all the other machines on the LAN to see this printer for
all users without going through add printer wizard.
