Sharing out all sub folders at once

If I have 60 folders in my mailbox and want my colleague to have access to
everything, do I have to go and grant permission on every single one, one at
a time? Is there not a way to do it all at once?

It's possible that the default permissions are one that allows access, but
most folder use None as the default so you'll need to change each folder.
Or the admin can run PFDavAdmin on the server and change the defaults for
you.
