Sharing one PST between two instances of Outlook on a multi-boot P

I have machine with XP Pro SP2 and Vista Business on it using multi-boot as I
have some apps and, adre I say it, games that need to be run on XP but I want
to run Vista to make sure I'm up to date (I run a PC consulting company)

My question is, can I share one PST file between each OS on the same PC?
Also, does my license for Office/Outlook allow me to install it on both
partitions? Obviously I will never be able to run both instances at the same
time (Even Dual core can't do that! Unless you get into Virtualisation that
is...) so there will never be a sharing violation or anything.

One final thing, if my license doesn't allow me to install Outlook 2007 on
both partitions, can I share the PST files between Outlook 2007 and Outlook
2003, which I have license for as well?

I think that's enough questions for now! I appreciate any help I get!

I can't answer the license question for you. But I am pretty sure that
you can share a PST file (on a separate partition) between two multiboot
Windows systems.
