Sharing on Windows...

I have a computer connected to a a DSL broadband connection ... and another computer using the internet via ICS. The problem i am facing is the two PCs are able to ping each other...they are sharing the internet connection as well....but when i try to remotely access one from the other it gives me an error....

"Network path not found"

or

"You do not have privileges"
