Sharing on Outlook 2002?

Did this feature go away with 2002?

I do not have Exchange. I have quite a few users sharing
calendars on Outlook 2000, but can't find any resources on
Outlook 2002.

NetFolders isn't supported in 2002-up. It was very buggy! See
