sharing of software between users

I am trying to share a moble phone picture download system between 2 users on
my computer. Is it possible to do this without downloading the software again
on the other users account in XP? also does the same apply for installing
games on different users accounts or desktops?

Not exactly sure what you are saying, but when you install software you want
to share with other users, you should install for all users.
