Sharing not an option

I have a W2K Pro system on a domain, my user acct is a member of the Administrators group, and I have File and Printer Sharing set up. However, when I right click on a fold to share it the only tabs are the "General" and "Security". Any ideas on why I do not have the "Sharing" tab?

Check that the server service is started. Check Event Viewer for errors.
