Sharing in Outlook 2003

Hi,
My boss would like me to share some Outlook 2003 tasks with her, but does
not want them assigned to her. Only assigned to me. We can not figure out
how to do this.
Please help.

If you have Exchange server, you can share your folders. Without that,
nothing native will do this.
