Sharing Full mailbox

Is there any way to set permission on Outlook, so another user has access to
my full mailbox, instead of setting permission for each folder. We are both
on exchange. I know this can be done via active directory, but i want to know
if there a way to do it via Outlook. Im sure we used to be able to do it
before

You have to set a minimum of reviewer access on the folder named "mailbox -
<username>". Once you do that, the other person can add your mailbox to
their profile.

Note: Still have to grant them rights to other folders like Inbox, Contacts,
Deleted Items, .etc
