Sharing folders/files XP Pro??

I have 3 XP Pro workstations on a SBS 2003. Users want to be able to share
their local data to each other. What is the best and safest way to do so? I
do have simple file sharing turned off and I know their C drive is already
shared out as C$ (hidden). What is the best method to all all 3 users to
view each others local data?
