Sharing Excel file for multiple user

Hi,

I want to shar an Excel file for multiple user for entering data. anybody
has any idea?
any help would be appriciated.

Click TOOLS in the menu and select SHARE WORKBOOK. On the editing tab, click
the ALLOW CHANGES... check box to turn it on. Click the ADVANCED tab to set
track changes, updates and conflict resolution settings.
 
I am having some difficulty with a shared document that has 9 different users
and houses a large amount of information. It is locking up, not allowing
folks to save and is saving a log of "user"'s for several weeks. I think I
have the log thing corrected but how may I find a better way to allow this
many folks into it without it locking up or taking a really long time to save
newly added information?
