sharing email drafts

Hi .there are 3 of us working in Pembrokeshire with outlook 2003 and exchange
server. the office would like to on a daily basis to provide templates/drafts
etc to enable us to used preconfigured emails to our clients . (using reset
email addresses and reset emails to which anyone of us can add information .
any help would be appreciated

An easy way to do this would be to create some Outlook template .oft files
and store them in a shared folder on the network or even publish them as
forms to a public folder.
