Sharing Contact Folders

Just installed OL2003 for a look see.

I think I like it better but I have two issues:

1] Why can I not e-mail a link to a web page?
I keep getting a blocked link response

2] How can I share a contacts folder over a network.
Network consists of 5 pc running windows 2000 Pro.
I would need anyone to be able to add / delete / modify inforamation &
have everyones copy updated.

Folders in Outlook are not separate entities and without an Exchange server
you'll need a third party tool like those listed here:
