sharing contact activites

I have an Outlook 2003 user who shares all his contacts with hi
assistant. the assistant can view all the contacts fine, but she can'
view the contacts' activities. even after I've changed all permisson
to owner. however, if I copy all the contacts to a subdirectory o
"Contacts" then the assistant can view all the activities. the proble
seems to occur only if the contacts are in the root of "Contacts" An
ideas from you Outlook pros out there
 
What you're doing is probably the best solution. The scope of each
Activities view is set on the contacts folder's Properties dialog.
