Sharing Categories in Contacts

How can we set up Outlook to share the master category list among network
users?
Multiple users in my office are sharing a common Outllook Contacts file,
however each of our category lists are different. We need to share the same
category list and each be able to add new categories that all will see and
use. Please help! Thanks!

Category Manager allows to share the categories as well as category colors.
