Sharing Calender on multiple desktops

After furious head scratching, cshade asked:

I am using outlook and would like to have the same calender of events shown
on several comuters so that I can see others appointments and they can see
mine.

I have seen a reference to Microsft Exchange to do this but am looking for a
little guidance to head in the right direction.

You still have not provided the version of Outlook and what mail server you
are using?!

Thanks for your help. I should have read these posts before I started
because I found that answer in a previous post along the sam elines and have
been installing it on my machines.
