Using Outlook 2003 on a community college employee network. I have
created an additional calendar under my main Calendar folder and would
like to share it with selected personnel. I am able to right click on
the calendar and select "Sharing..." from the context sensitive menu.
Then I go to the Permissions tab and Add the personnel from the
resulting dialog box. I then assign appropriate editing options and
they end up listed as "Reviewer".

How do the new Reviewers access this calendar from their computer?

I am able to share the default calendar with no problems, but am at a
loss as to how to share the additional calendar.

Thank you.

You have to give Folder Visable permission to them at the Top of your
mailbox. After doing that, the user needs to setup your account on
their mail profile. They will go to Tools, Email Accounts, View or
change existing email accounts, click next. The Microsoft Exchange
Server should be highlighted, click Change. Click More Settings, Click
the Advanced tab. Click "Add" and type your name and click OK. Now you
should see your name under the "Open these additional mailboxes". Don't
worry, they will only be able to see what you gave them permissions to
see. Click OK, Next, Finish.

Now they need to open their Folder List (this is the icon that looks
like a Folder under the list of Mail). You should see your mailbox
Folder listed. If not, callapse (-) the user's mailbox folder. Then you
should see their mailbox, your mailbox and Public Folders. Click the +
in front of your Mailbox to expand it.

I hope this helps.

Thank you Courtney for the quick reply. I will give this a shot
tomorrow at work. I appreciate your help.

After following your instructions, my name does show up in the list as
a folder, but Outlook says it is unable to open it.
