Sharing Calendars in Outlook 2002

This should be simple but I've tried Help documents, the MS web site, even
checked the library for books on Outlook 2002. I can't find out where I can
learn about sharing calendars in Outlook 2002 (running on Windows ME).

This is an office environment, and we DO have Microsoft Exchange. We know
how to set permissions and I can see and use my boss's calendar by going to
File|Open|Other User's Calendar. But I can't make it stay; I can't put her
calendar in my Folder List. I'm sure there's a way to do this...

Also, we have each have two sets of folders (Calendars, Contacts, Deleted
Items) -- one resides on the server and one is on our own computer. The
calendar my boss shares is the one on the server, but everything else she
uses (Inbox, Tasks, Contacts) are part of the folders resident on her
computer. How can I disable that calendar, or can I somehow change the
color or something to make it obvious to her she's in the wrong calendar?

Also (sorry), she wants everyone to share a calendar so she's given everyone
access to hers and they go in and put their stuff on it, with their own
initials. I know there's a better way, but amazingly I can't find a
tutorial on how to set up and share calendars!

I know you folks know everything! :) Please help!

The only way I have found out this was by 2 ways, 1st is to use a third party software, you can find them at www.slipstick.com, the 2nd way is to have an exchange 2000 or 2003 server and create a calendar in the public folder tree. and assigning permissions, and viewable obtions for others in the work force. I hope this gives you some sort of help. For me i used the 2nd option i have an exchange server at work, I have created numerous calendars for the employees .
