sharing calanders in outlook 2000 small business

when outlook is trying to send updates for the calander to others users outlook keeps crashing and i cannot figgure out what is going wrong with it. i have tried to detect and repair and that did not work, i have tried updating office, and reinstalling the office suite. and nothing seems to work. from what i have read in the event log it that a dll is causing the error but i cannot find any supporting info on MS website. the error goes like this "Faulting application outlook.exe, version 9.0.0.6604, faulting module fldpub.dll, version 9.0.3425.0, fault address 0x00029435."
 
Did you ever get any resolve on this issue? I am experiencing the
exact same problem. Thanks in advance.
