Sharing C drives on Network

Network is connected on wireless.I
I have selected share on the C:\ for three computers.
I would like to be able to see C: drives from each computer on each computer
and share files.
Please advise the problem procedure for setting this up.

Operating System and version?
Service Pack level?
Firewalls installed?
Computer Experience Level?

The C drives could already be shared as C$.
