sharing business contacts 07

I have Outlook 07 w/ the BC Manager. I'd like to be able to share and allow
editing capabilities for the Accounts and Contacts. I know there is a way to
do this in a network, but we are not in a network. Is there a way to do this
remotely?

As far as I know, when you have a workgroup or central small business server
network, the only way to actually "share" data remotely is via offline use on
a laptop and then resynching the offline db when you physically return and
get back online to the network.

Amber:

You can use a VPN to sync remotely. Just setup the PC that holds your
"master" BCM database (or the router that connects to your DSL or high speed
connection) to allow VPN connections. Then, each remote person can sync at
will by logging on to the VPN, opening BCM, and telling it to go Online.
BCM will find the master, sync up, and you can then disconnect. All the
changes from the other users will sync to your laptop and vice versa.
