Sharing BCM contacts

Hi, Im running an exchange server 2003 and outlook 2003 with BCM. I managed
to share normal contacts with other users on the LAN but i am not able to s
hare the business contacts. how can i do that?

I hear that this not possible with outlook 2003 with BCM and i need to get
MS CRM. Ok assuming this is true, will ever client need CRM or just the exch
ange server since its contact list will be shared only ? Thanks

BCM data is not shareable. It's a single-user database.

MS CRM can be used totally as a web-based application. You would have to buy
a license for each user, though. It does not require Exchange.
