I have version 2003-Office Professional Edition.
When I share my contact list with co-workers, they do not see the entire
list.... they only see some of the names/addresses and it is random.

How can I get the program to show ALL my contacts? (I have about 750)

Do you have some marked Private and some not?

Thank you for responding, and No, I have not marked anything Private.... I
don't even know how to do that...
This whole not being able to see everything is a mystery!

There's a "Private" checkbox in the lower right of the Contact form.

So, you've shared your mailbox and Contacts folder with others and they can
open your Contacts folder and see only some of the items, correct? What
view are they using?

Wow! That's the problem... the little PRIVATE box in the corner. I never
even noticed it. How did some of them become checked? So now I'm going in
and opening each contact (730) and unchecking each entry that has the private
box checked. Is there a way to uncheck all the Privates at the same time?
THank you for solving the problem...

You can change them all in one go. First, enable the Advanced toolbar, if
not already enabled, and display your Contacts in the By Category view.
Then right-click the header line and choose Field Chooser. Change the
drop-down at the top to "All Contact fields" and drag the "Private" field to
the header line. Right-click it and choose "Group by This Field". You
should now have to groups: a "Private No" group and a "Private Yes" group.
Select everything in the "Yes" group and drag the selection to the "No"
group.
