Sharing a Word document

I have a user that wants to share a Word 2003 document to many people (25 or
so). These people are not on our network. They are in a different company.
He wants to get these different people to put comments on the document. Any
ideas how he can send out this document and have mutliple people put comments
on it so he only has one document with all of the comments?

It sounds like what the user wants to do is use File - Send to - Routine
Recipient. This document describes how to do it:
