Sharing a Template

We use a visitor notification that is sent through email whenever someone
visits our building. Now we use a Word document that is attached to an
email. I would like to make an Outlook Template. I was able to get the
shortcut to the template added to my Outlook bar, but it took several steps.
I don't think this is plausible for everyone to do. I was wondering if there
was an easier drag and drop method, a way to get it on the Folder list, or a
way to add it to a Public Folder that could be shared.

You can indeed publish it to a Public Folder. When you've assigned it as the
default template the template will show when they press the New button from
within that Public Folder or use the Actions menu.
