sharing a printer

I have two PC's, both running XP Pro, and one has an HP 5550 connected
to its parallel port. I want to print from the other PC. I have
clicked the radio button on both machines for sharing but I'm getting
nowhere.

Anyhelp please?

Check the Windows Firewall.
