1) Am I able to share a database that was previuosly set up as exclusively
but changed to shared mode and already being placed in shared folder of a
shared drive?

2) In what cases will the form that has been created being disabled(in other
words, all user cant open up the form though the form section still shows it
)?

thanks a millon... pls help...

To properly share a database, split it into a back-nd with the data only,
residing on a server, and a front-end with everything else, residing on each
workstation and linked to the tables on the back-end. There is a wizard for
doing this: Tools ... Database Utilities ... Database Splitter.

Any other configuration where the database is not split, or a front-end is
not shared invites corruption.
