Sharing a Custom View

Outlook 2003

I've created a custom view for my Outlook Tasks folder that some of my
co-workers wish to emulate on their machines. Is there any way to share a
custom view with another user either by exporting the custom view to a file
so that it can be imported on other machines, or by copying a file over to
the other machines?
