Hello everybody,
I would like to assign a common e-mail template to everybody in my company.
What is the best way to start sharing a common corporate e-mail template?
We have Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003.
Thank you very much.

One approach is to create the "template" as stationery and have each user
use it for their default message stationery.

Thank you, Sue,
I only need a way to walk through in something so common like uniform the
company e-mail. We are more than 200 and is dificult to copy files to
stations. I was thinking on shared folders and GPOs. Is there a way to share
the stationery?
Some 3rd party solutions to integrate with Exchange?
I also would like to uniform the look of the signatures.
Thank you very much.

Stationery must be local to each workstation. You should be able to copy
files with a login script.

I don't know of any applications to share stationery. It's usually a
personal feature, not generally appropriate for corporate use. Exchange has
nothing to do with it, since stationery is a client feature.
