Sharing a connection.....

Yea I have a cable internet connection which is connected to my router
then to 2 pcs and a laptop (wireless)....Well the 2nd pc is connected
to a phoneline. I want to make it possible for another pc to dial in
to my pc and use its internet connection. So basically I need to set
up my network where it can be accessed by dial up... How do I do this?

Much simpler to ask your ISP for a dial-up link.
