Sharing a Calendar via OWA

Is it possible to view shared calendars via OWA, or can you only view your personal Calendar

If you can only view your personal calendar, is there a way to turn your personal Calendar into a public Calendar that other people can view through the web

Where do I find the alias of the calendar to use in the URL?
