Hello All:

I am looking for shareware that would allow me to write a help file for
an excel VBA macro. I have looked at RoboHelp but it seems pricey. Any
ideas would be welcome.

I use the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop for this.

Create a number of HTML pages for each section of help, including hyperlinks
within the pages, and then use the HTML Help Workshop to create a chm file.

You can get the workshop at

Look up in Google for some tutorials on using the workshop, but here are a
couple

Good morning Apollyon

Why not use Microsoft's html Help Workshop. Its free and should be
available for download here:

On the downside, it's a bugger to get to grips with but it works well
and I've used it myself.
