Copy/Paste and remove blanks VBA

Hello,

I am new to VBA. I am trying to copy and paste data and remove blank rows all within the same Excel sheet. I have attached a picture of the data set.

I have looked at several posts but can't seem to find any vba that does what I want. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
