Running Sharepoint Team Services on XPProSP1, how do I make a setting in the
firewall so users can access the Sharepoint Team Services?

Sharepoint Team Services need no special ports.
If you allow http on tcp port 80 just as to a non-sharepoint web
that is all that is needed.
