I have a shared workbook. I want to use conditional formatting to color the
cell background if the cells has been updated. How can I do that?

Glen

Do you just want to see any changes that have been made? In that case,
you would probably be better off using Tools --> Track Changes. You
would use conditional formatting if you wanted to highlight cells that
meet certain criteria (eg, '>10' or '=50').

Steve
