SHARED WORKBOOK

I HAVE 6 PEOPLE USING A SHARED WORKBOOK, IS IT POSSIBLE
WHEN ONE PERSON SAVES, (UPDATES). THAT EVERYONES CAN BE
UPDATED AT THE SAME TIME???????

AS IT IS NOW. BEFORE THEY USE IT THEY HAVE TO SAVE TO SEE
IF ANYONE HAS AMENDED THE SHEET

AFAIK this is the build-in functionality of Excel - no way to change it
 
Try enabling Tools ->Share Workbook ->Update Changes Automatically. Set
the refresh time to something reasonable for you application. Each user
will see the other person's changes as highlighted cells.
