Shared text in Word Templates

Hi, we have about 10 templates which have commonalities, e.g. footer text and
we'd like to be able to change (for example) the footer text on a regular
basis but it means changing all 10 templates, one at a time.

Is there a better way? Thanks!
 
Investigate includetext fields for your templates, then simply change the
text of the included file.
