Cool. I wonder if given this source, it will make it very quick for the
Mono folks to port to Mono 2.0?

The Mono folks wont accept any code from anyone who has looked at the SSCLI code.

If you have looked at Microsoft's implementation of .NET or their shared source code, you will not be able to contribute
to Mono.

why?

never mind, I did read about it. It seems to be tied to intellectual rights
stuff.
