By 'shared' do you mean that there are two users? When you log on, does
it give you a selection of different people who can log on?
If this is the case, follow these steps;
1) Tell you daughter that you are deleting her user account, and she
needs to be sure that there is nothing in her files that she does not
want to lose.
(If there IS stuff she wants to continue to have access to, tell us and
we'll tell you what to do before proceed with step 2).
2) Click on Start (lower left corner of the screen), then "Settings"
and then "control Panel"... (This type of command is usually written
"click on <start/settings/control panel> for simplicity.)
OK, using the better symbolism:
click on <start/settings/control panel> and find "User accounts".
3) click <user account/change an account> then select the account to
change, and select <delete account>
4) Buy your daughter her own computer.
