Shared Mailbox Folder Icons

I have a user that has an icon I've never seen appearing on her folders in
her shared mailbox. It's a folder icon with a blue double headed arrow (the
arrows are pointing to the left and right of the folder, <-->) in the lower
right corner of the icon.

Has she just installed some PDA synchronisation software? What add-ins does
she have that others don't? Or has she just set hers up a little
differently to your other users?

Hi Judy,
Thanks for helping. There is no synch software on the computer. I don't
have a list of add-in's. It will take me a day or so to get that, her
computer is at another facility and I'm not the admin for the machine, I was
referred to her by one of my users. The only place this shows up is on a
shared mailbox.

I'll get the list of add-ins and post it as soon as I get it.
