shared email account without exchange

I have set up a customer information request email link on our web server
(no exchange) that allows customers to send mail that needs to be shared by 2
managers. The managers want to keep the accounts separate from their main
operations email account. Is it possible to set up this email profile so
they share the mailbox on our network?
