Shared Documents folder is broken

P

Peter

As a result of trying to work with the problem described in "Windows
Explorer Shuts Itself" I've now mananged to completely break the "Shared
Documents" folder. If I try to access "Shared Documents" I get the
message: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents is not
accessible. Access is denied."

I did save all of the files in that folder to a zip file, and I can
recover the data, so things aren't as bad as they could be. But how do
I get the "Shared Documents" folder back?

BTW, included in the zip file is the "Desktop.ini" that was hidden in
the original C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents so I can put
that back. Or perhaps that's what got corrupted in the first place.
Can someone tell me what the contents of "desktop.ini" for the shared
documents file should be?
