Shared Contacts

Hi,
My boss and I share contact, him with me and I with him. However when
sending an email message:
when you hit "new message" tab and hit the To: button, I cannot see his
contacts, to be able to put them in an email and he cannot see mine. Should
we be able to, or do I just have to cut and paste from his contact list??

Thanks!!

Thanks for your help; however, this didn't solve my problem. When I press
the contacts tab on the shortcut bar, I have "My contacts" with my contact
list, then "Other Contacts" which has my corporate address book, and my boss'
shared contact list, is there anyway to move his shared list to the "My
contacts" list so I can see his contacts when sending emails? I couldn't add
him following the instruction on the link you gave me. maybe because it is a
shared folder instead of mine explicitly. Any other ideas?

Dear Ann,

normally you can add a contact folder (shared public or personal folders) as
Outlook Addressbook.

You can add this contact folder as an Outlook Addressbook if you click on
this contact folder, right mouseclick/Outlook Addressbook/show this folder
as Outlook Addressbook.

Does this work or not? Is this flag available or not?

If you can activate this flag, you can open an email, click on "To" and here
you can change from one available Outlook Addressbook to the other.

Where did you get any error in this steps?

Normaly you could also make the other addressbook to your default
addressbook.

If you have the rights to share a contact folder, then it is possible to use
this also as Outlook Addressbook.
