Good morning all,

I hope i can get some help here with this one. I have a bunch of shared
contact i can see in my outlook (all from the same user). I want to create a
new email and send to those contacts but they do not show up in the "show
names from the: " dropdown. Ive tried to add the contacts to the view from
Address book view (tools>adressing>add) but i cant find them to add them. any
ideas? thank you in advance.

Under each contact folder, have you enabled the folder to be seen as an
Outlook Address book?

Right-click on the contact folder, select Properties
Select Outlook Address Book Tab
Make sure that "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" is checked and
give the folder a unique name (other than Contacts)

how are they shared? if they are in another users mailbox, you can't make
them an address book. If they are a public folder, you can.

See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/oloabpf.htm for a hack you can try to
see the other user's contacts in your address book.
